Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Solo Voice (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Description of the Service

Solo Voice is a privacy-first voice dictation application for macOS and iOS. The App transcribes your speech using WhisperKit and rewrites it using Apple Foundation Models — entirely on your device. No audio, text, or personal data is sent to any external server.

Subscription & Purchase Terms

Solo Voice offers the following purchase options:

• A 14-day free trial is available for new users.
• Auto-renewable subscriptions are available on a monthly or yearly basis.
• A lifetime one-time purchase option is also available.
• All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms and conditions.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings.
• Solo Voice supports Family Sharing, allowing eligible purchases to be shared with family members.

User Responsibilities

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You shall not misuse the App, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it in any way that could harm, disable, or impair the App or interfere with other users.

Intellectual Property

The App and all associated content, including but not limited to software, design, text, and graphics, are the intellectual property of the developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Privacy

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms of Use or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the App or other users.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.
